A
PICTURE SAYS A THOUSAND WORDS.
The
"Before" pictures are actual photographs of
peoples' homes. The "Virtual Reality" pictures are
computer generated images of what each house could
look like with new construction. The possibilities
are limited only by one's imagination.

The
owners of this 50's style home wanted to give
her home "personality" to distinguish it from
other, similar houses on the block.
With
a custom designed portico and a walkway
that's separated from the driveway, we gave
this house its own look.
As
well, a new set of windows in the living room
brings more light into the house.

This
gracious home was missing something, but the
homeowner couldn't figure out what it
was.
Our
Virtual Reality makeover added interest and
style with a front door portico, highlighted
the architectural details already there and
added interesting landscaping.
It's
exactly what this homeowner
wanted.

VIRTUAL
REALITY MAKEOVER
|
It's
a lovely portico, but the area was never used
by the homeowners because it's not
pretty.
With
our Virtual Reality makeover they could see
the potential of the space and how lovely it
could be after adding pillars, extending the
brick work, and adding some
landscaping.
|
Creating
a new walkway was a high priority for this
homeowner. As well, they wanted new lighting,
landscaping and guard rails on the
deck
This
VR makeover gave them the ability to see what
it would look like after the work is
done.

This
client wanted to remodel the staircase in her
home.
Before
we started construction, we created a VR makeover
image so the contractor could see what the end result
should look like.
Some
changes to the VR design were made during
construction; the angles of the wall adjacent to the
steps were evened out, and a granite slab was added to
the expanded surface of the top. We reinstalled the
client's carpet, allowing it to follow the contour of
the new wall.
